FF Minigames

Since it's the christmas season I decided to be cheap and steal an idea from the old parlor game my family always plays at this time of year: CONSEQUENCES.

For those of you unfamiliar with the rules, the aim of the game is for every person to take turns answering a question as part of a story (sort of a similar concept to mad libs) and for these answers to be hidden as each person adds the next part of the story until the consequence is completed and the answers unveiled. Normally this is played on pieces of paper so that no one can see what the person before them put but since there are so many of us in different timezones I've tweaked the gameplay a bit to accommodate that.

You can submit as many comments as you want but you will only be awarded points for 5 comments. It's 5 points per comment so there's a maximum of 25 points up for grabs.

Be sure to leave your name and jobclass with every comment~! And remember, there's no right or wrong way to do this! Feel free to go nuts! IT'S THE HOLIDAY SEASON AFTER ALL. WHAT BETTER WAY TO LET LOOSE THAN PEN THE SCENARIO OF YOUR DREAMS!?

For those of you unfamiliar with the concept of 'Six Degrees of Separation' let's just fill you in: the idea is that anyone can be connected to someone else via a chain of contacts, usually about six links apart. (Some of you might have played the acting version: 'Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon')

So we're going to play around with that idea and have ourselves an FF version! The goal here is to take any FF character and link them to another FF character in several steps. (In the interests of gameplay I'll set 3 as the minimum number of steps inbetween characters.)

With that in mind the goal is to create 3 different chains (though additional chains can be made they won't be rewarded) using any trivial connections you can think of. Be creative and remember: HAVE FUN!


It's 10 points per chain and the max number of chains you can earn points for is 3 so there's 30 points up for grabs!
